All Levels Flow:
ALF is an energizing class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Connect breath with movement and tap into your power during this heated to 90 degrees following Baron Baptiste's Journey into Power sequence.
MF is our cooler and slower paced alternative to All Levels Flow. This class starts with Journey Into Power flow including slower transitions and finishes with Yin Yoga where postures are held for longer periods. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners and also wonderful for regularly practicing students who want to slow it down and sink deeper into their practice. Room is lightly heated to 80 degrees.
HIIT It Flow:
Ready, Set, GO for 50 minutes of POWER! Hiit It Flow is faster paced than our regular All Levels Flow classes. Expect to contract and expand your body from the inside out! Though appropriate for all levels, a few ALF practices under your belt is recommended before jumping in. Classroom is heated to 90 degrees.
Our Intermediate Flow classes are for all levels of practitioner willing to do the work, try new things and fully express out! These classes are designed similar to our All Levels Flow classes but taught with minimal instruction/explanation of basic poses commonly practiced. Advanced poses will be added and briefly broken down for an increased challenge to rev up the fire within. A minimum of 10 ALF classes is suggested before attending. Classroom is heated to 90 degrees.
WVPY's $5 Community Class is just like our All Levels Flow classes and lead by our teachers in training! Purchase this $5 class in the studio or use a class from an existing package. These classes are included with a monthly membership.
