The Unbreakable Training exists to train anyone who wants to teach Baptiste Yoga to veterans and first responders.
We are just days away from bringing the Baptiste Foundation's Unbreakable Program to Albany, Oregon! There are a few things that I would like you to read over prior to our time together to ensure you get the most out of your program! (You will find all of the information below.)
Regardless of your experience with yoga, this program is for you! You will leave with a renewed sense of your own work inside your community and the tools to make a bigger impact. Here is what you need to know:
Logistics for the day:
The address for the program is 611 Lyons Street SE, Albany at Fire Station 11.
Here is what you should know about parking - There is ample free street parking around the fire station. Parking is also available in the WVPY Albany parking lot located at 208 SW 5th, just 2 blocks away.
Both Saturday & Sunday we will begin promptly at 9:00am and end at 6:00pm. In order to receive your certificate, you will need to complete all hours of the course. Please arrive 15 minutes before our start time. Doors will open at 8:30am.
Wear comfortable clothing to practice in. We suggest an additional change of clothes.
Please bring your yoga mat, strap, and a block.
Please bring your journal and a pen.
Please bring water/water bottle and healthy snacks with you.

Participants will be taught how to use the Baptiste Methodology to adapt Baptiste Yoga for any veteran or first responders.
The Unbreakable Training will teach people how to lead powerful classes that have a positive impact in a veteran’s physical body, mental and emotional wellbeing. The training will provide powerful tools through Baptiste Yoga in managing stress, anxiety and more. The training will also provide information as who why and how these tools can empower veterans and first responders who have experienced trauma.
