Backbends: The Basics and How to Up-Level!

Join Nicole for a 90 minute practice designed to open up space in your body and explore your own vitality. Backbends can be emotionally and physically challenging; they are the opposite of most of our everyday activities like texting, driving, and sitting at computers.  Backbends heal and restore by reversing these habitual motions with heart-opening postures. Come learn a variety of different backbends and how to safely and powerfully explore your own backbending edge!
