During this 90 minute class, you will create a balance of effort, ease and grace in your body through Vinyasa and Yin Yoga practiced in a heated, candlelit room (and, ok, the sun will make an appearance too- yay for summer!!!)
The first half of class will focus on deliberate flow grounded in alignment principles designed to help you rinse out, unwind and prepare your body for the art of stillness. Yin Yoga, the second half of class, is a quiet, contemplative practice of surrendering. Poses are held for 2-3 minutes allowing you to tap into the connective tissues of your hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine to overall increase vitality of the body and breath.
