This workshop is designed to Enrich and Empower you to manage your back pain, sciatic issues and general muscle aches and pains.
People always say foam rolling is the best for back and hip pain, but often we aren't showed how to use one. In this workshop you'll learn techniques using a 6"x36" foam roller to help relieve pain in your back, hips, and body.
Don't have a 6"x36" foam roller? Not a problem. Foam rollers will be provided at the workshop for those in need for an additional $15. Please wear comfortable clothing.
