Join Melinda at WVPY Albany for a 2 hour workshop focusing on how to's and why's of the 5 Pillars of Baptist Yoga: Drishti (gaze), Ujjaui (breath), Bandhas (foundation), Tapas (heat) and Vinyasa (flow). You will gain new understanding of commonly practiced poses at WVPY and learn tools that will deepen your practice every time you hit the mat.
This class will be heated to 80 degrees and is designed for all levels. Those new to power yoga seasoned practitioners alike will deepen their awareness and understanding of the practice.
